You can check PF balance by giving a missed call to 011-2290146 from your registered mobile phone. The pre-requisite is that UAN must be connected to one of the KYC document like Bank account, Aadhar or PAN. The missed call service will not show you the passbook but will send you SMS regarding the account balance and the last contribution.
EPFO’s SMS service also helps you in knowing your last contribution and PF balance. You have to send an SMS to 7738299899 from your registered mobile number, and you need to write- “EPFOHO UAN” This facility is available in 10 languages -English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali.
